Shujinko is registered in the Netherlands.

Company details, including our Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number and VAT number, will be available on this website after registration.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible.

Please note that slight differences in color may occur due to:

Screen settings
Printing process
Fabric characteristics

Minor variations do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

3. Made-to-Order Products

All Shujinko products are made to order after purchase.

Production begins shortly after an order is placed, which means orders cannot always be cancelled once production has started.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Payments

We accept the payment methods shown during checkout.

Orders will only enter production after payment has been successfully received.

6. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only.

Although we work hard to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We'll investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.

10. Limitation of Liability

Shujinko shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under Dutch or European law.
