Every item is made to order. This allows us to reduce overproduction while ensuring every product is created specifically for you.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been produced.

Shipping Costs

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information (if available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delayed Deliveries
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occur due to:

Shujinko is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Shujinko cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
